Oxygen absorption kinetics in YBa2Cu3Ox

The oxygen absorption process in highly aligned YBa₂Cu₃O_x samples in air and in pure oxygen was studied at several constant temperatures. The process can be expressed in two steps, a chemical reaction controlled step and a diffusion controlled step. The kinetic equations are as follows respectively:

(1 − a_t) ln(1 − a_t) + a_t = k_Dt

The activation energy was calculated using an Arrhenius equation. The technical conditions of heat treatment for oxygen absorption of highly aligned YBa₂Cu₃O_x crystals are discussed.     

Vector algorithm for Reed-Muller expansions

A novel vector algorithm for Reed-Muller (RM) expansions is proposed which can save as many as a factor of 2^n-1 memory elements compared with previous matrix algorithms

溶胶—凝胶法制备基于荧光猝灭原理的光纤氧传感器在线监测水中溶解氧

利用氧分子对金属钌化合物的荧光具有猝灭作用的特性,构造出基于荧光猝灭原理的光纤氧传感器。就用于水中溶解氧在线监测的光纤光谱仪的搭建、传感器探头的设制及传感膜的制作过程进行探索,并对传感器的响应性能进行考察。结果表明以联吡啶钌等作为荧光指示剂以溶胶-凝胶法制备的传感膜对溶解氧的响应具有良好的可逆性,稳定性,较快的响应时间和较长的使用寿命。与标准法相对照,用本仪器系统测定了不同盐度的人工海水中的溶解氧浓度,两种方法在不同浓度水平下的溶解氧测定值均无显著性差异。本法的日内和日间RSD在1.7％～5.0％之间。     

Development of an undergraduate course – Internet-based instrumentation and control

The objective, strategy, and implementation details of a new undergraduate course, Internet-based Instrumentation and Control, are presented. The course has a companion laboratory that is supported by the National Science Foundation and industry. The combination is offered to senior-level undergraduate engineering students interested in sensing, instrumentation, control, and web programming that want to learn more about the integration of these technologies for solving real-world engineering problems. The course will also be offered to gifted high school seniors with similar interests and can serve as a vehicle to attract them to engineering disciplines. Preliminary assessment of the first offering of the course is encouraging and has shown that the course has achieved success in helping students understand concepts and master basic technologies for developing Internet-based automatic systems.     

变压吸附制氧设备真空风机入口压力低分析和处理

介绍了邯钢动力厂真空变压吸附制氧设备的工艺流程,从切换阀本体、电磁阀及仪表气源等方面分析和总结了真空风机入口压力低引起系统联锁停车故障原因,并介绍了相应的处理措施。     

五氧化二钽薄膜的制备及其I-U特性

本文利用脉冲直流反应磁控溅射的方法制备了五氧化二钽 (Ta2 O5)薄膜 ,俄歇电子能谱仪测试了薄膜的成分含量 ,椭偏仪测试了Ta2 O5薄膜的厚度和折射率 ,XRD分析了薄膜的晶体结构 ,并且分别研究了氧气含量、基底温度等成膜工艺对薄膜的影响。研究结果表明薄膜的成分主要是由氧气含量决定的。利用金属 绝缘体 (介质膜 ) 金属 (MIM)结构初步对Ta2 O5薄膜进行了电学性能的测试 :皮安电流电压源测试了薄膜的I U特性 ,制备出的薄膜折射率在 2 1～ 2 2 ,MIM的I U特性曲线显示了较好的对称性和低的漏电流密度     

生产装置在线模拟与优化技术的应用

概述了以通用软件为基础开发化工生产装置严格在线模拟与优化系统的过程，介绍了在线模型的５个层次及其特点，以合成氨为例说明了在线模型的运行和应用情况。
